Sameday Photobooth has spent the last 8+ years turning up at Houston events with one job: make sure nobody misses the shot. Over 540 events later, from backyard birthdays to black-tie receptions, that's still the only thing we're trying to get exactly right.
What We're About
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Sameday Photobooth runs a focused, three-package lineup instead of a sprawling service menu — because a client trying to compare twelve add-ons isn't a client having a good time booking their event. Every setup gets the same open-air booth, the same unlimited sessions, and the same attention on-site, whether it's a 50-person birthday party or a 300-person wedding reception.
That focus is also why we've stuck around Houston instead of chasing every market in Texas. We know the venues, we know the drive times, and we show up early enough that "where's the booth" is never a sentence anyone has to say at your event.
How an Event Comes Together
You start with a quote. Tell us the date, the type of event, and a headcount, and we send a custom quote within hours. The three packages already cover the booth, the hours, and whether prints come with it — so the first decision is size and duration, not a spreadsheet of extras. Custom backdrops, branded overlay designs, and prop upgrades are available for most events; mention them when you request the quote and we will build them into the package.
A deposit secures the date when you accept the quote. The remaining balance is due before the event, not as a surprise on the night. Need more time than the package covers? Every plan extends at the same $50/hr rate.
On event day the team arrives early, sets up the open-air booth and backdrop, and is ready before the first guest walks in. Sessions stay unlimited for the hours you booked. Guests can take home instant 2x8 prints on the packages that include them, and every event gets a digital gallery so the photos keep circulating after the lights come up. That is the same sequence we run at a backyard birthday and at a black-tie reception — which is the point.

Where We Show Up
Based in Houston, TX, we serve the greater Houston area including Cypress, Tomball, Katy, South Houston and The Woodlands — free of travel charges within a 75 mile radius. Events further out are always welcome; we'll quote any travel fee upfront, before you book.
